Prepared red curry paste makes a quick but flavor-packed glaze for sautéed salmon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp. gluten-free Thai red curry paste
  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Rub the curry paste over the salmon. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over a medium/high heat and cook the salmon for 4 minutes each side, turning only once, or until cooked through.
