Prepared red curry paste makes a quick but flavor-packed glaze for sautéed salmon.
- 1 tbsp. gluten-free Thai red curry paste
- 2 salmon steaks
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Rub the curry paste over the salmon. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over a medium/high heat and cook the salmon for 4 minutes each side, turning only once, or until cooked through.
