SLOW COOKER VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP WITH FROZEN VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs Stew Meat
  • 1 28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 10 oz can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pkg Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 6 Beef Bouillon Cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
  • Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 6 hours.
  • Enjoy!
