300 grams (11 oz) smoked salmon
4 lebanese cucumbers
1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons wasabi
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tub cream cheese
freshly ground black pepper
1 loaf sandwich bread
Cut the crusts off the bread if you want this to look fancy.
Cut cucumber to the same length as the bread you are using and then thinly slice into long strips.
Mix mayo, wasabi & lemon juice together in a small bowl.
Cut smoked salmon slices to fit the size of the bread you are using.
Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread, place 3 slices of cucumber flat onto the bread, place the smoked salmon on top and then spread the wasabi mayo on the other slice of bread. Add some freshly ground black pepper and assemble.
