1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup pecans, chopped
Mix the softened butter with the powdered sugar. Add the vanilla.
Mix salt, flour and chopped pecans.
Form one-inch balls of dough or flatten cookies and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. In the meantime, roll in powdered sugar while hot. Let cool and roll again in powdered sugar.
