Ingredients ::
°½ cup soy sauce
°⅓ cup olive oil
°¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
°1 teaspoon minced garlic
°2 tablespoons dried basil
°1 tablespoon dried parsley
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°½ to 1 lb flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
Directions ::
Step 1: Without the steak, place various side dishes into a large ziplock bag and mix with a spoon until it’s all combined into a marinade.
Step 2: Lower and close the steak slices. Gently shake the treated steak to coat the steak in the marinade. Then put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours at this time. Make sure the steak is soaked in the surrounding marinade so it absorbs enough liquid.
Step 3: Heat the pan to very hot. Using an open spoon, remove the steak pieces from the marinade and carefully place in a hot bowl. Then discard the marinade.
Step 4: Cook the steak to the desired temperature. For a medium well, you can cook for about 3 minutes. Enjoy your meal while it’s hot.
