Ingredients for 4 people:
1 kg of veal stew
3 medium white onions
1 piece of sausage
4 + 3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 handful of chopped parsley
1 + 1/2 nut
500 g of honey mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
Procedure for the stew with honey mushrooms:
Prepare the sautéed mushrooms by putting 3 tablespoons of olive oil, parsley and a clove of garlic in a pan. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 20-25 minutes adding hot broth with half a cube, turn off the heat.
In another pot, heat the olive oil with the sausage and finely chopped onions. Add the veal stew and cook 40 minutes adding hot broth, keep stirred.
Almost at the end of cooking, add the stew with mushrooms and let them take on the flavor for 5 minutes.
Your Stew with Chiodini Mushrooms is ready to be served hot, perhaps with freshly made polenta.
