INGREDIENTS:

Thin slices of pork (140 g each.)…………………….4 pcs.

Bell pepper………………………………………………….1 piece each.

(red, yellow, green)

Large tomatoes…………………………………………………….4 pcs.

Garlic……………………………………………………………………1 the head

Olive oil……………………………………………………5 tablespoons

Tomato ketchup……………………………………………………200 gr.

Olives…………………………………………………………………140 gr.

Chopped rosemary……………………………………………….1 teaspoon

PREPARATION:

1. Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Bulgarian
pepper is rinsed and carefully remove the stalks and seeds, cut
into rings. My tomatoes and remove the stalks. Garlic head
horizontally cut in half.

2. Heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. In a
baking dish, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, fry
the schnitzels on it, salt, pepper, and transfer to another bowl.
Add the remaining oil to the pan and fry the sweet
pepper and garlic on it for 4 minutes. Pour in the tomato sauce and cook
for another 2 minutes. We spread the schnitzels, tomatoes, and olives.
Season with salt ground black pepper, and mix well.
Sprinkle with rosemary and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
