Strawberry French Toast Roll Up

These Strawberry French Toast Roll-Ups are made with cream cheese and strawberries, then rolled and baked in the same way as French toast. It’s a simple breakfast recipe that the whole family will enjoy.


10 sliced soft bread slices

creamed cream cheese, 10 tblsp

¾ mug of strawberries (sliced)

three eggs

1/2 cup of milk

1 teaspoon extrac/t de vanille

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

3 teaspoons of sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup (optional for dipping purposes)


Remove the crust from the bread and flatten each piece with a rolling pin before setting it aside.
In a small dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla essence..
Heat a skillet over medium heat with nonstick spray..
Line the edge of a slice of bread with strawberries and spread a teaspoon of cream cheese on it. Bread should be rolled and sealed. Roll gently in the egg mixture, allowing any excess to run off. Place the seal down in the heating skillet. Allow for a few minutes of cooking time on each side before rotating.
Place cinnamon and sugar on a platter after mixing everything together. Cooked french toast rolls should be rolled in the sugar mixture.
Warm maple syrup is served on the side for dipping.
