1 x 14 oz French bread (about 17 inches long and 4 inches wide*)
°1/4 cup olive oil
°1 cup (little) pizza sauce, preferably homemade or store-bought
°1/4 c mozzarella cheese
°1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Raise the rack one level and preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line an 18-inch x 13-inch baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleaning if desired.
Cut the French bread in half evenly lengthwise to create two long portions. Cut each portion in half (creating a total of four pieces) and place on a baking sheet.
Brushing both sides with olive oil. Turn vertically and bake in preheated oven for 4 minutes.
Spread pizza sauce over each piece, sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then top with desired toppings.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese is completely melted, about 10 to 13 minutes. If you want it to be more golden then toast for the last minute or more (keep an eye on it!).
