Ingredients
5 slices bacon
3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup chopped fresh tomato
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced green onion
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
12 leaves romaine lettuce
1 large avocado, sliced
Instructions
Step 1: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

Step 2: Add in the bacon and cook for 10 minutes until greasy and crispy.

Step 3: Line a plate with paper towels then place the cooked bacon to drain the excess oil. Crumble then set aside.

Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, add in the chicken, bacon, celery, and tomato. Stir until well combined.

Step 5: In another mixing bowl, add in the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, green onions, parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed and smooth.

Step 6: Pour the dressing over the chicken and bacon mixture. Toss until all the ingredients are well coated with the dressing.

Step 7: Place inside the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.

Step 8: Spoon the chicken mixture into the romaine lettuce leaves. Place the avocado on top for garnish.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
