  • * 2 quart water
  • * 1 lemon
  • * 1 cucumber
  • * 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • * 1 lime
  • * fresh mint (about 10-15 leaf)


  1. Cut the lemon, lime and cucumber into thin slices with peels
  2. Grate the ginger
  3. Combine all of the ingredients and stir
  4. Place the detox water in the fridge for a few hours and drink 2-3 glasses a day!
