1 c heavy whipping cream
1 (3.5 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
¼ c milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 c frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
Add instant pudding mix, whipping cream, vanilla extract, and milk into a mixing bowl. Beat until well blended and soft peaks form.
Transfer the whipped topping into the whipping cream mixture, then beat until well blended.
Place it inside the fridge to chill.
Spread over your cake.
