° 4 tablespoons lemon juice (less if you don’t want a lot of lemon)
° 1/4 liter boiling water
° 227 gm cream cheese
° 1/4 liter contains granulated sugar
° 4 tsp lemon juice
° 1 can (397 g) cloves evaporated milk, well cooled
° 1 graham cracker pie crust
Dissolve gel in boil water. Permit it to cool to it thick.
Whisk cream cheese, sugar also lemon juice with an electric blender to smooth. Adding thick jelly also beat well.
In other bowl, whisk jointly clove milk to frothy. Add the cream cheese/jelly mixture and blend well in a blender.
Cover bottom of 9″ 13″ crushed graham crackers, if you are not using the prepared crust.
Spreading filling also top with more crush graham crackers.
