Ingredients:
500g all-purpose flour
1 tbsp dry yeast (8gr)
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp olive oil (50ml)
salt
150ml lukewarm milk
100ml lukewarm water
1 egg
– Garnish
350g minced meat
Instructions:
– Gradually add the flour
– work your dough until it becomes smooth
– Let the dough rise for 45min
– baking in a preheated oven at 190c (380F) for 30min
– Out of the oven
– brush the balls with the sauce
– add cheese and put back in the oven at 190C (380F) for 10min
