3 Ingredient Mixed Berry Jam

INGREDIENTS

2 cups fruit
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the fruit and chia seeds into a food processor.
Pulse until all is blended.
Place mixture into a jar and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Enjoy!
NOTES
**I recommend using a mix of fresh berries (blackberries, strawberries or raspberries.) If you used frozen berries, you will probably need to add some honey into the recipe.[br][br]***With no preservatives, a small jar of this recipe will last up to a week. Happy Monday, friends!
