A wonderful pie with a delicious and easy filling

A cup of warm milk

2 tablespoons of butter

2 eggs

One tablespoon of sugar

One tablespoon of baking yeast

Teaspoon salt

Dessert yeast bag

We mix all the ingredients together (we leave a small egg for greasing) and combine the dough with the flour until a soft dough is formed that does not stick.

With the hands we let it ferment

We prepare the filling:

Fry onions, colored peppers, fresh tomatoes, minced meat and salt seasoning

Black pepper, grated cheese, triangle cheese

We form the pie, grease the face, let it ferment again, and cook it in a hot oven at 200 degrees.
