BACON EGG & CHEESE BISCUIT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Milk
  • 1 Green Pepper diced
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 10 strips cooked Bacon cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 can Grands Biscuits
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Using melted butter, grease an 8 x 10-inch baking dish.

Step 3: In a large bowl, add the eggs and milk. Beat well until incorporated.

Step 4: After separating the biscuits, cut them into quarters. Then, add them to the egg mixture. Toss the biscuits to coat well.

Step 5: To the bowl, add the bacon, peppers, onions, and cheese. Mix well until combined. Then, allow it to sit for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 6: To the prepared baking dish, transfer the mixture. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes.

Step 7: Using aluminium foil, tent the casserole and continue baking for additional 30 minutes or until the eggs are completely cooked.
