These Banana Brownies are the perfect mix of rich chocolate brownies and sweet ripe bananas. They are soft, fudgy, extra moist, and a great way to use overripe bananas. Perfect for dessert, coffee breaks, or a quick homemade treat everyone will love.


🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 120 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Optional:

  • Chocolate chips
  • Chopped walnuts

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Batter

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.

Melt the chocolate and butter together, then let cool slightly.

Mix in the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas.

Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until combined.

Optional: Fold in chocolate chips or walnuts.


2. Bake

Pour the batter into a lined baking pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until the center is slightly soft for fudgy brownies.

Let cool completely before cutting.
