HOW TO MAKE BEEFY KING RANCH CASSEROLE

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using cooking spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and set aside.

Step 2: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Then, drain the excess grease. To the skillet with the ground beef, add the taco seasoning and water. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the water is almost fully absorbed.

Step 3: In a saucepan, place the soups, onions, tomatoes, Cheez Whiz Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce, and tomato. Stir well and cook over medium heat. To taste, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 4: Scatter enough crushed tortilla chips to cover the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. On top, spread half of the taco meat and pour over half of the Rotel mixture. Then, sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat with the rest of the cheddar cheese and all the mozzarella.

Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 45 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly.
