° A head of cauliflower steamed or boiled until tender in bite-sized chunks
° 6 eggs boiled and cut to little pieces .
° 1/3 cup of Miracle Whip (you can also use mayonnaise if you prefer)
° 3 tablespoons of mustard
° 3 tablespoons of pickle
° 1/8 cup uncooked chopped onion + you can use more as desired
° Salt / pepper to taste

Make sure to mix them together and garnish with egg slices and parsley.
