° 3 – 4 pounds chicken nuggets (bone-in, skin on thighs and chest work well)
° 2 tablespoons good olive oil1 cup seedless grapes, cut in half (red and green varieties are great)
° 1 cup finely chopped almond (optional)
° 1 celery stalk, sliced
° 4 pcs green onions, thinly sliced, white and green
° 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
° 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
° 1 cup mayonnaise
° 1 lemon juice
° 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
° 1 teaspoon coarse salt
Preheaated oven 350 degrees F .
Rub the oil on the chicken pieces and brush them with salt and pepper.
Bake for 36 to 46 minutes.Remove the chicken from the heat, let it cool, then remove the meat from the bones and cut into large pieces.Mix chicken/grapes/almonds/celery/garlic/dill and parsley in a bowl.Mix mayonnaise/lemon/mustard/salt and pepper in a bowl.Add mayonnaise to the chicken mixture and stir gently until smooth.Reconfiguration for at least one hour.Place it on the green leaf pillow with tomato and avocado slices. Add more compatibility to your taste!
