BEST POTATO PANCAKES EVER – It’s A Keeper

You will need:

° 4 cups cold mashed potatoes
° 5 slices of bacon
° 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
° Salt 1/2 tsp
° 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
° 2 eggs, beaten well
° 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

* Directions :

Place the bacon in a deep skillet, & cooking over a medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until browned and crunchy for about 10 minutes.

Remove slices of bacon, crumbs and set aside. Let bacon broth in skillet.
Mixing crushed potatoes, eggs, onion powder, salt & black pepper jointly in a bowl;

Adding crumbled bacon & cheddar cheese.

Shape mix To 8 pieces.

Heat bacon broth on medium heat, and frying patties in broth To softened on every side, about 5 min per side .
