ingredients:
  • half c soy sauce
  • 1/3 c olive oil
  • one tsp garlic
  • two tsp basil
  • one tsp parsley
  • one tsp black pepper
  • one half lbs Flat iron or sirloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
directions:
Put all ingredients in a large zip lock bag except for the steaks. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
Put the steaks inside and close them. Shake gently to coat the steaks completely with the marinade. Placing bag in refrigerator to marinate about at least three h or up to twenty four hour.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Heat the skillet until it is very hot. Remove the meat from the marinade with a perforated spoon and place in a hot frying pan. Discard the marinade. Cook the steaks to the desired temperature.
Serve warm
