° 2 tablespoons butter
° 2 tsp allpurpose flour
° 1 c milk
° 1 c cheddar cheese
° 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Melt butter in saucepan on heat. Whisking flour with butter to smooth. Cast milk to butter mix & stirring with a wooden spoon to mixed . Cooking, stir, to mix thick, for 3 min. Add the cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese melts, another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
