Ingredients:
Dough:
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
1 ½ – 2 c bread flour, or all-purpose flour
¾ c warm water
½ tsp white vinegar
¾ tsp salt
1 ⅛ tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp granulated sugar
Topping:
⅓ c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 ½ tbsp salted butter
1 ¼ c shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Add yeast, sugar, and ½ cup of warm water into the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat for a few minutes until well blended. Allow the mixture to rest for at least 5 minutes.
Add vinegar, olive oil, and ¼ cup of warm water. Stir until just mixed.
Slowly add the flour, then knead until smooth. Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise for one hour.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 246 degrees C or 475 degrees F. Place a pizza stone inside.
Place parchment paper onto a flat surface, then place the dough on it. Use a rolling pin to spread the dough into a ⅓-inch-thick rectangle.
Add garlic and melted butter into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Pour the mixture over the dough and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
Place the pizza inside the preheated oven over the pizza stone. Bake for about 8 to 12 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven.
Serve with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
