Chicken thighs with the skin on. 385° for 22 minutes flipping half way through cooking.

Before anyone says they look burnt, they are nowhere near. Its because of the brown sugar from the marinade.

Also the best marinade I’ve ever tasted. I found it on YT.

Marinade Recipe: Poke holes in the chicken and put into a Ziplock bag.

1/2C olive oil 3 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp soya sauce 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4C brown sugar Salt/pepper to taste.

I add a tsp of honey. Pour over the chicken and marinade for at least 30mins.

The longer the better.
