1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 c white whole wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add a bit of oil and allow it to become hot.
Add baking soda, salt, baking powder, and flour into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
In another mixing bowl, add eggs, vanilla, honey, milk, Greek yoghurt, and oil. Whisk until well blended.
Transfer the flour mixture into the bowl with the egg mixture, then beat until just combined.
Add the chocolate chips, then stir until well incorporated.
Scoop the batter with a 1/4 cup, then drop each into the hot skillet. Cook each side for a minute or two.
Transfer the pancakes onto a serving plate.
Serve right away with fresh fruits, maple syrup, or more chocolate chips. Enjoy!
I highly suggest you use Vanilla Greek Yogurt for this recipe.
Feel free to omit the chocolate chips. You can add strawberries or blueberries instead.
