You won’t want to eat eclairs until you have a freshly made homemade eclair stuffed with whipped cream and chocolate ganache.

Combine Chelsea Chocolate Icing Sugar with enough hot water to form a spreadable consistency. Fill the center of the eclairs with whipped cream from the original MidoFresh and cover with chocolate icing.
