1/2 teaspoon finely minced garlic, one small clove (I just use my garlic press for this)

1 tablespoon dry Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing or Dips Mix (either work)

1 medium regular red potato, unpeeled, 1/2-3/4-inch dice

1/2 stick butter (4 tablespoons)

3 strips crisp-cooked bacon, thinly sliced

1 small sweet onion, cut into thin wedges

1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

1 (14.5 ounces) can of green beans, drained

salt only if desired after tasting

more pepper to taste

Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Add butter and allow it to melt.

Add the potato slices, onion, and pepper. Sauté for a few minutes until the potatoes are soft. You can cover the pan and cook the potato slices.

Add garlic, Ranch mix, and bacon. Stir everything until well combined.

Add the green beans, then stir until well combined. Simmer for a few more minutes until soft as well. Make sure to stir from time to time.

Sprinkle salt and pepper if needed. Make sure to taste first before adding anything.

Serve right away. Enjoy!

Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave for a few minutes before serving again.
