INGREDIENTS

100 cloves garlic 450
ml (2 cups) of olive oil
5 strands of thyme
2 strands of rosemary
3 bay leaves
1 c. with red pepper flake tea

METHOD

In a pan add all the ingredients and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
