Crispy oven fried chicken (without fryer)

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and each cut into three pieces (12 pieces)
5 tablespoons butter
1 cup (250 ml) flour
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
HOW TO MAKE IT :
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the butter on a large baking sheet and place in the center of the oven until it melts. When it has melted, remove from the oven. In a large ziplock bag, add the flour, two salts, pepper and paprika. Add 3 chicken pieces at a time to the bag and shake well to cover the chicken pieces with spices. Place the chicken pieces on the baking sheet, leaving a good space between each piece. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes on one side. Then turn over and cook another 10 to 12 minutes on the other side.
