Ingredients:
5-6 lbs of pork roast
1 small onion
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbs chipotle powder
1 1/2-1 3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2- 1 3/4 tsp ground cumin
1-2 tsp pepper
About 8 oz of beer
Directions:
Add all ingredients to pot and give a good stir
Set on low for 6-8 hrs
When done cooking take the meat out and shred it
Prepare cilantro and onions for topping
For the salsa I did 3 habanero, 8 Serrano, 1 regular tomato, about 6 “cocktail” tomatoes, 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 C water then blend
After I lined a pan with foil and put the meat on. Broil on high for 4 mins, pour some juice from the crock pot on the meat and stir it up, then broil for another 4-5 mins (until it looks crispy).
