INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2-pound bacon cooked
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large mixing bowl, add bacon, broccoli, shredded cheese, and cauliflower. Toss until well mixed.

In another mixing bowl, add sugar, mayonnaise, salt, and sour cream. Stir until well blended.

Add the mayonnaise mixture on top of the broccoli mixture, then toss until well combined.

Serve and enjoy!

NOTES

You can put the salad in the fridge to chill first before serving. You can make this the night before. Make sure to place the mayonnaise mixture and broccoli mixture in separate containers, then put them in the fridge. Combine when serving. I suggest you use freshly cooked bacon for this salad.
