EASY MADE ITALIAN MEATLOAF!!

Simple and easy ! My whole family loves this recipe so much. If it were for them, I’d be making this every day! Give it a shot, you’ll love it!

This Italian meatloaf is basically a big, giant meatball, or at least that’s what I’m telling my kids to eat it. But, seriously, it’s similar to meatballs, except that it has a lot more flavor and is much easier to make. I love serving it with a large Italian salad – a family favorite – and parmesan mashed potatoes, but it’s delicious with pasta too. Leftovers are best the next day, sliced and covered with melted cheese in a warm sandwich. To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:

What do you need :
° 1 pound ground meat
° 1/2 a pound of ground Italian sausage
° 1 small onion, finely chopped
° 1/2 C. chopped sweet pepper (I used orange, it was all I had in the freezer)
° 1 tsp. olive oil
° 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
° 1 clove of minced garlic
° 1/2 tsp. spices
° 1/2 tsp. basil
° 1/2 tsp. parsley
° 1 egg, beaten
° 3/4 m Italian bread crumbs
° Two slices of white bread crumbled
° 1 T. milk
° 8 oz. Shredded mozzarella, keep it 3/4 ° C
° 1/4 m Parmesan cheese
° 1 c. Marinara sauce, plus an additional 1/2 -3/4 m for garnish

How to make it :
In a small frying pan, heat the olive oil over a medium. On high heat, saute onions and peppers for 3-4 minutes, remove from heat. In a large bowl, add the meat, onions, and pepper, along with all remaining ingredients and reserve 3/4 ° C mozzarella cheese for garnish.

Now, dive in there with the best tools God has given you, and collect everything really well. Once it all comes together, place the mixture into a baking tray of your choice. You have used Portuguese oval stoneware for us. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 ° C marinara sauce on top and spread.

Putting in a 400 degrees oven about 51 min . We take it out of the oven, cover it with the remaining cheese and sprinkle it with a little dry basil. Go back to the oven for another 10 minutes. Make sure the meat is not pink before serving, as the baking time will vary depending on the thickness of your loaf. Mine thickness was about 2.

Enjoy !
