2 boxes Betty Crocker chocolate fudge brownie Mix
1 can Nestle carnation caramel
2 Cup Plain flour
1/2 Cup icing sugar
1 Cup butter
1.Line a 9×13 pan and preheat oven to 180c
2.Mix the shortbread ingredients in a bowl
until you have a dough, pat into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 mins.
3.Mix the 2 boxes of brownie mix according to the instructions, pour half the mix in the brownie pan and bake for 15mins,
4.Pour the caramel over the brownie layer, then gently pour the rest of the brownie mix on top and bake in the oven for 20 mins.
5.Melt the chocolate and pour over the top of the brownies once cooled to room temp, then put in the fridge to firm.
6.Remove from tin and stuff your face!!
