A handful of grated cheese of your choice – we use Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
Salt & Pepper to season
4 slices of bread
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 190 degrees C (or Gas Mark 5).

Step 2: Separate the egg yolks and whites and place them in different bowls.

Step 3: Onto a baking tray, place the lightly toasted bread.

Step 4: Start whisking the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 5: Onto the 4 slices of the lightly toasted bread, spoon, and spread 3/4 of the egg whites mixture.

Step 6: Into wells, make the egg whites mixture, then pour the egg yolks into each well. If needed, sprinkle the yolk with salt and pepper.

Step 7: Cover the yolk with the remaining egg whites mixture.

Step 8: Over the egg whites mixture, sprinkle the grated cheese.

Step 9: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or a little longer if you do not want runny yolks.

Step 10: Serve these fluffy eggs right away. Enjoy!
