Cheesy Garlic Bread
1 package of Pepperidge Farm 5 cheese garlic bread, 1 jar of Bertoli spaghetti sauce (pick your favorite flavor!), Ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix the spaghetti sauce and ricotta cheese together(add salt), lay the garlic bread on a cookie sheet and spoon the mixture completely covering the top, then add the mozzarella cheese and bake at 450 for 8 minutes! YUMMM! It also reheats perfectly in a toaster oven if you have left overs! Then I throw a salad together as a side with fresh cut veggies and zesty Italian dressing!
