Fudgy Brownies Recipe


π« Fudgy Brownies
Rich, fudgy, and melt-in-your-mouth β these brownies are the ultimate chocolate treat. Optional chocolate chips make them extra indulgent!
π Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chocolate drops
π©βπ³ Instructions
- Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat until smooth. Cool slightly.
- Beat sugar and eggs for 1 minute β do not overbeat.
- Add chocolate mixture to eggs, stir, add vanilla.
- Sift in flour, cocoa, and salt. Gently fold. Add chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour batter into a square pan lined with parchment.
- Bake at 340Β°F for 20β25 minutes. Edges set, center slightly wobbly.
- Cool completely before slicing.
π‘ Tips: For denser fudgy brownies, bake 20 minutes; medium texture, 25 minutes. Cracks on top are normal and a sign of perfect fudginess.
