INGREDIENTS
- 1 pint of strawberries, diced
- 1 (8-oz) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 (20 oz.) can of crushed pineapple
- 2 bananas, chopped/sliced
- 2 cups whip topping plus additional for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the cream cheese, strawberries, and sugar in a large bowl. Use an electric mixer to mix it until it is well combined.
Use a spatula, or a wooden spoon to stir in the pineapple, bananas, and whipped topping.
The mixture is in a 9×13 inch pan. Place in the freezer to chill. This can take up to 24 hours.
Let the frozen vegetables thaw for about 10-15 minutes before cutting them into squares and serving.
