Here’s a tried and true recipe! This is the way my mother always made it, but give me a chance it won’t let you down!
“Plain Blackberry Cobbler.My father-in-law grows huge raspberries, and he always has tons.I’ve tried many recipes and haven’t tried one at the same time.So I did it and it works so well that my fiance says it’s the best he has ever had.Serve hot with whipped cream or whipped cream.
* Ingredients :
° 2 1/2 cups blackberries, washed
° 1 cup sugar
° 1 c flour
° 2 tablespoons baking powder
° 1/2 of salt
° 1 c milk
° 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
+ How to make it :
Stir the berries and sugar together in a large bowl and leave for 25-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375.Use a wooden spoon to combine flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
Then add the melted butter and stir by hand until the ingredients are combined and you have a few lumps left.Pour the mixture into a medium baking dish and then pour in the mixture.
You can cover the pan with parchment or not, but don’t grease the pan.
Finally, pour all the sugar on top of the seasoned blackberries and spread evenly over the mixture.Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your preferred shade.Let cool for 5 minutes to keep in shape. Enjoy it !
