* Homemade-meatballs *

INEGRDIENTS :
° 1 pound minced meat
° 1 large egg
° 1/3 c. Bread crumbs
° 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
° 2 cloves minced garlic
° 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
° kosher salt
° Freshly ground black pepper
° 1 tbsp. olive oil
° 2 c. marinara sauce
° 4 rolls  hoagie
° 12 slices provolone
* Directions :
Preheat oven 375 degres f .
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Form to 12 equal sized-balls.
In  skillet on heat, heat oil. Cooking meatballs to browned on all sides, for 4 minutes. Then add the marinara sauce and cover with a lid. Cook until meatballs are no longer pink, about another 8-10 minutes.
Hollow out the top of the hoagie to unfold it to make a boat. Place three strips of provolone on top of the roll to cover the hollow area and bake for 5 minutes until melted. Then place four meatballs on top of the cheese in a row. Place in the oven and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes. Grill if desired.
Top with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired, and serve.
