Lemon & raspberry cheesecake

16 ounces full-fat cottage cheese, softened

1 lemon peel

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

2 large eggs

To prepare:

heating oven

In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

Put the berry filling in small circles around the cake and use a knife to make circular shapes.

Cook and let it cool completely.
