To make a quesadilla, you will need:
° 4 large tortillas.
° 2 c mexican mix cheese.
° 1/2 m of dried and roasted corn kernels.
° 1/2 ° C cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
° 1/2 m of black beans.
° A avocado, cutting to cubes.
° Lemon Wedges + Fresh Chopped Coriander For Garnish
And for meat, I used it:
° 1 pound / 500g sirloin.
° 1 teaspoon chili powder.
° 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
° 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder.
° 1/4 teaspoon ground Mexican spice.
° 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
° 1/4 teaspoon of cumin.
° 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
° 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
* Directions :
I preheated the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. With a piece of parchment paper, you prepared a plate for baking.
I mixed all the spices and salt together in a small bowl to make a steak. The steak was generously covered with the mixture of spices.
I heated two tablespoons of olive oil over a medium-high heat in a large skillet. No more than 3 minutes per side of roast beef.
The fourth step:
I took off the heat when preparing the quesadilla and let it rest for 5 minutes.
On the prepared plate, I put 2 tortillas and sprinkle them with half a cup of cheese.
She put tomatoes, black beans, corn, and avocados on top.
The Sixth Step:
I cut the steaks thinly against the grains. On top of the stuffed tortilla, I put the slices.
The seventh step:
I sprinkled all the quesadillas evenly with the rest of the cheese and on top with the remaining chips.
The Eighth Step:
Bake for 10 minutes in the oven until the cheese melts and the tortilla is soft.
I removed it and slit it before it cooled down.
It’s served with lemon wedges, sour cream, and guacamole, and topped with fresh cilantro.
Enjoy it !
