Loaded Steak Quesadillas


To make a quesadilla, you will need:

° 4 large tortillas.

° 2 c mexican mix cheese.

° 1/2 m of dried and roasted corn kernels.

° 1/2 ° C cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced

° 1/2 m of black beans.

° A avocado, cutting to cubes.

° Lemon Wedges + Fresh Chopped Coriander For Garnish

And for meat, I used it:

° 1 pound / 500g sirloin.

° 1 teaspoon chili powder.

° 1/2 teaspoon paprika.

° 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder.

° 1/4 teaspoon ground Mexican spice.

° 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.

° 1/4 teaspoon of cumin.

° 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.

° 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

* Directions :

Step 1:

I preheated the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. With a piece of parchment paper, you prepared a plate for baking.

Step 2:

I mixed all the spices and salt together in a small bowl to make a steak. The steak was generously covered with the mixture of spices.

Step 3:

I heated two tablespoons of olive oil over a medium-high heat in a large skillet. No more than 3 minutes per side of roast beef.

The fourth step:

I took off the heat when preparing the quesadilla and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Fifth step:

On the prepared plate, I put 2 tortillas and sprinkle them with half a cup of cheese.

She put tomatoes, black beans, corn, and avocados on top.

The Sixth Step:

I cut the steaks thinly against the grains. On top of the stuffed tortilla, I put the slices.

The seventh step:

I sprinkled all the quesadillas evenly with the rest of the cheese and on top with the remaining chips.

The Eighth Step:

Bake for 10 minutes in the oven until the cheese melts and the tortilla is soft.

Step 9:

I removed it and slit it before it cooled down.

Step 10:

It’s served with lemon wedges, sour cream, and guacamole, and topped with fresh cilantro.
