INGREDIENTS:
° 2 cups of cake flour
° 1 1/2 cup sugar
° 1 cup of melted butter
° 5 normal eggs
° 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
° 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
° 1/2 cup of milk
° 1/2 cup softened butter
° 1/2 cup cocoa powder
° 3 cups of powdered sugar
+P.S: These last 4 ingredients are for icing.
* INSTRUCTIONS :
Step 1:
Preheated oven 350 ° F. Line a 9 13-inch baking plate with foil & spray foil with non-stick spray.
2nd step:
In the bowl of an electric stand mixer, cream together the melted butter and sugar. Add the pure vanilla extract and the eggs and mix, mixing just enough to combine.
Step 3:
Add the dry ingredients [flour, cocoa powder] and beat for more than 3 min.
Step 4:
Pour mixture to prepared pan and baking for 26 min . Removing brownies from oven also let stand 10 min before frosting.
Step 5:
Make your icing by mixing the last four ingredients with an electric mixer,
Step 6:
Pour the frosting on top of our brownies and let cool before serving.
