I love this Million Dollar Chicken Bake by itself, but you can always pair this with up light side dishes such as a simple salad, roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, garlic bread, and more! Enjoy a delightful, filling cheesy chicken bake dinner with this simple recipe any time!
½ c. crispy bacon, crumbled (about 8 slices)
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly cut or pounded
¼ c. mayonnaise
1.5 c. Colby jack cheese, shredded
½ c. green onions, chopped (about 4 onions)
6 ounces of cream cheese, softened
How to make Million Dollar Chicken Bake
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Place the cream cheese, mayo, bacon crumbles, green onion, and half of the cheddar cheese in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well until everything is blended.
Step 3: In a baking dish, place the chicken breast. On top, spread the cheese mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until the chicken is done. Once the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F, the chicken is cooked through.
Step 5: Remove from the oven when done and serve the Chicken Bake right away garnished with extra bacon and some green onions. Enjoy!
