°4 c flour, sift
°1 pound salted butter (4 sticks)
°1 tablespoon pure vanilla
°1 teaspoon almond extract
°3 cups granulated sugar
°6 large eggs
°Half cup whole milk

Heat oven 300 degrees F . Butter & flour fry pan with remove bottom. Sit apart.
In the bowl of a stand mixer using the whisk included, whisk together the butter, vanilla, and almond extracts. Beat for 5 minutes on medium to high heat.
Go on the attack with the paddle; gradually add the sugar, whisking over medium heat, until it turns light yellow.Adding eggs one by one, beat well after every addition. Scrape sides of bowl as need.
Reduce the mixer speed and add the flour alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour.
After everything is added, whisk for 1-2 minutes until the flour is completely homogeneous.
Spread evenly in the pan and hop on the counter, if necessary to settle.
Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour 30-45 minutes or until the toothpick inserted into the cake comes back clean.
Cool for 17 minutes, then removing outer ring.
Cool completely on cooling rack.
