°2 c. graham cracker crumb
°1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter
°8 oz. Soft cream cheese
°2 c. confectioner’s sugar
°pinch of salt
°4 bananas
°1 can chopped pineapple (20 oz), well drained
°1 (8 ounce) bowl of cold non-dairy whipping cream {or homemade whipped cream}
°1/3 c. chopped pecans
°1 jar (10 ounces) maraschino cherries, drained and garnished dry with a paper towel

*Directions :

Melt ½ cup butter (one stick) and mix in the graham crackers with a fork until evenly moistened. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pot.
Using an electric mixer, mix the remaining ½ cup (one piece) of butter with the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and salt. Beat 3 to 4 min to fluffy. Spread the mixture over the graham cracker crumbs.
Sliced bananas & organize equaly on cream cheese mixture; Topping with crush pineapple. Spread the cold mixture over the pineapple; Sprinkle the chopped pecans and place the cherries on top.
Covering & refrigerate at least 2 to 3 h, or overnight before serve.
