How to make Oven Baked Starbucks Egg Bites

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using spray oil, grease a 12-slot muffin tin.

Step 2: To a blender, add the eggs, cottage cheese, and salt. Process until smooth.

Step 3: In half, cut the half strip of bacon and place them into each muffin slot. Add the cheese and pour the egg and cheese mixture on top.

Step 4: To ready the steam bath, place a baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven. Onto the baking sheet, pour the boiling water. On the middle rack of the oven, place the muffin tin. Bake for about 25 minutes.

Step 5: When done, take the muffin tin out of the oven and allow the egg bites to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.

Step 6: Serve the Starbucks Egg Bites warm. Enjoy!
