°1 p. sausage (smoked)
°250 grams of potatoes
°1 pinch. rosemary (dried)
°1 teaspoon mustard
Heat oven 220 degrees C. Wash and peel the potatoes, depending on your taste, and cut them into 3 to 4 cm pieces.
The second step
On a baking sheet (covered with baking paper or aluminum) add potatoes and sausage.
Add rosemary, add a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Prick the sausage and bake for 30 minutes.
After 15 minutes, mix the potatoes and flip the sausages over. Continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
Remove the baking tray from the oven, adjust the seasoning if necessary, serve with mustard, it’s ready!
