  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ tsp almond extract
  • ½ cup raspberry jam
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
